Good questions.
Does Dustora upload my photos or files?
No. Scanning and cleaning happen on your device. Our server only receives an anonymous account ID, your device model, app version, country, subscription status and basic usage events, never your content.
Is it safe to clean with Dustora?
Nothing is removed until you confirm. Dustora keeps protected items off-limits, never touches files an app is using, and saves a backup before merging contacts.
Can I use one subscription on my Mac and iPhone?
Each platform has its own subscription. A Mac subscription unlocks Dustora on your Mac, and an iPhone subscription unlocks it on your iPhone. Each can be used on one device at a time.
What if I get a new Mac or iPhone?
Sign in with your email in Settings, then use your subscription on the new device. If it is active on another device, you can switch it over with one tap.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple account, where Apple handles refunds. For purchases made on this website, contact support at dustora@1morecode.com.
Is there an Android app?
Android is on our roadmap. There is no release date yet.
